An Ilorin based Senior Advocate of Nigeria,Mallam Yusuf Ali has debunked the recent report of an Online medium,Sahara Reporters written by one Omoyele Sowore that he authored the judgement delivered by Justice A.S.Oyinloye of an Ilorin High ourt in a libel action filed by the senate President Bukola Saraki against him.
This is contained in a press statement he issued in ilorin,made available to journalists on Wednesday.
The senior lawyer noted in the press statement,”In the said publication,Sowore alleged that I was the person that authored the judgement delivered by Hon Justice A.S Oyinloye in the said case,and that when the learned judge expressed fears that it was going to be a hard sell,i then promised him that I will take care of any consequence by influencing the leadership of the Nigeria judiciary all over the country”

He noted in the statement,”i have never in my life,especially in my over thirty years of legal practice ever directly or indirectly influenced, cajoled,compromised,sabotage or in any other manner perverted the course of justice”
Yusuf Ali also said,”On my honour,i never and did not interact, in any way whatsoever,discussed,talked with or gave any written document to Hon Justice A.S Oyinloye on the matter involving the Senate President,Dr Bukola Saraki,the publishers of Sahara Reporters or in any other,either pending or concluded case”
He therefore  described the pâublication as,”out rightly untrue,a lie,a concocted story,unimaginative moonlight tale and a fertile,devilish,libellous allegation concocted from the pit of hell”
“I hereby challenge Omoyele Sowore to provide any shred of proof that i ever participated in any inglorious manipulation of the judicial process at any place,anywhere and at anytime”added the statement
He also said he had instructed his lawyers, “to take all constitutional and legal steps that will address this unwarranted,tendentious â,wicked,devilish and inhuman assault on my hard earned integrity. There must be a limit to fiction and hack writing especially where it amounts to an assault on the integrity of an innocent person”
