The BORBDA Managing Director, Mr. Saliu Ahmed, told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Obayantor, Benin that the four-year plan would be funded through partnership with Federal Ministry of Water Resources, development partners and Public Private Partnership (PPP).

Ahmed added that the plan would begin in 2017 and revolve through 2021 and would be based on development agenda of the economic recovery, in line with plans of the present administration.
