BREAKING ….INEC takes full responsibility of election postponement–Mahmood Yakubu

The Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, (INEC) on Saturday expressed that the agency took full responsibility of the unfortunate incidence of election postponement.

He tendered public apology to Nigerians during a nationwide broadcast and press conference held in Abuja.
