The Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has expressed sadness by the death of a legal luminary and statesman, Prof. Rashidi Ijaodola, SAN.
Governor AbdulRazaq in a statement issued on Sunday by his spokesman, Rafiu Ajakaye, said: Professor Ijaodola, a national treasure, led a salutary life of service to fatherland, the community, and his people, earning him the respect of all and sundry.
He said: “The Governor sends his heartfelt condolences to the family, friends, and associates of the legal giant, as well as to the entire Offa community and His Royal Highness Oba Mufutau Gbadamosi Esuwoye II.
“He prays Allaah to accept the return of Professor Ijaodola, admit him to al-jannah, and uphold his family upon goodness.”
