BREAKING….Nigeria’s inability to refine crude oil is shameful

Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Dr. Ibe Kachikwu, has described Nigeria’s inability to refine its crude oil as “shameful”.
“That ultimately will be the solution,” he said.
