Emir of Ilorin is an embodiment of peace, unity— Prof. ‘Lanre Badmus

The immediate past Dean, School of Postgraduate Studies,University of Ilorin and Chairman of the National Hijrah Ummatul Islamiyyah, Kwara State chapter, Professor Badmus ‘Lanre Yusuf, has congratulated the Emir of Ilorin and Chairman Kwara State Council of Chiefs, Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, CFR as he clocks 81year-old in life.
The erudite university don stated this in his congratulatory message issued on Thursday, stressing that the Emir is an embodiment of peace and unity in the State and nation at large.
According to him, “we, the entire people of Ilorin Emirate are extremely blessed with the enthronement of Alhaji Sulu-Gambari as the 11th Emir of Ilorin. Our father is surrounded with great experiences as an accomplished Justice of the Nigeria Judicial System, a detrabilised Nigerian and global citizen of repute.
“He is an exemplary leader with tolerance, humility and great visions. I pray that Almighty Allah continue to strengthen His Royal Highness with sound health and divine fulfilment on the throne.”
