The Emir of Ilorin and Chairman Kwara State Council of Chiefs, Mai-Martaba Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari CFR, has commiserated with the people of Iseyin over the demise of the Aseyin of Iseyin-land, Oba Adekunle Salawudeen, who died on Sunday.
Alhaji Sulu-Gambari who expressed shock over the unfortunate incidence described the deceased as a frontline monarch who ruled his people diligently.
The Emir stated this in a condolence message issued by his spokesman, Mallam Abdulazeez Arowona, stressing that the people of Iseyin land and humanity at large will surely miss the exit of the monarch.
Alhaji Sulu-Gambari however condoled with his immediate family members, indigenes of Iseyin land, government and people of Oyo State over the colossal loss.
He prayed Allah to forgive his shortcomings, accept his good deeds and admit him into al-janatul firdaos.
