Emir of Ilorin to turban new Danmasani Dec. 20

Arrangements have been concluded for the formal installation and turbarning of the new Danmasani’n Ilorin, Engr. Suleiman Yahaya Alapansanpa, by the Emir of Ilorin and Chairman Kwara State Traditional Council, Mai-Martaba Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari,

ROYAL NEWS gathered that the event will hold on Friday,20th December 2019 at the Emir’s Palace,llorin.

Alapansanpa, a retired public servant is a Fellow of the Nigeria Society of Engineers, (FNSE) among other professional bodies was appointed by the Emir for his long standing contributions to the development of the Ilorin Emirate and beyond.

He was until his appointment the Chairman of the Annual Ilorin Emirate Durbar Committee since its revival two years ago.
