Etsu Nupe applauds LG boss over projects

The Etsu Nupe and Chairman Niger State Traditional Council, Alhaji Yahyah Abubakar has urged philanthropists to complement government’s efforts by initiating programmes capable of facilitating growth and development in the country.
Etsu Abubakar also commended the efforts of the Chiarman of Bida Local Government Area of the state, Hon. Suleiman Sheshi, for his visionary and quality leadership for the people of the area.
The monarch who stated this during the weekend while commissioning some projects initiated by the Council Chairman noted that supporting government in terms of the developmental projects would go a long way in easing the hardship of the masses
According to him, “I commended your efforts for achieving this within your 100 days in office. People of the Bida appreciate your efforts for bringing the desired growth to the area.”
In his remarks, Hon. Sheshi disclosed that he was able to renovate some schools and rehabilitate borehole as well as construction of the old market round about.
Other achievements according to him are; “Supplies of medical equipments such as drugs and others to primary healthcare centers, repaired all non functioning boreholes across the 14 wards engagement of 147 workers through poverty Alleviation programme and solar street lights.”
