The newly appointed Vice Chancellor of the University of Ilorin, Professor Sulyman Age Abdulkareem, was on Monday 28th August 2017 announced shortly after close of the 155th Council meeting of the University.
The announcement was made by the Chairman Governing Council of the University, Dr. Abdullahi Jubril Oyekan, at the Council Chamber amidst members of the press.
Abdulkareem, a Professor of Chemical Engineering ROYAL NEWS learnt will assume office on 16th October 2017 during the next convocation.
