Gov. Al-Makura seeks support for physically challenge school
Nasarawa State Governor, Umaru Tanko Al-Makura, has solicited the support of Swedish, Norwegian and Denish ambassadors in various fields to develop the special school for disabled persons his administration has nurtured.
Al-Makura who made the plea on Thursday at the government house in Lafia when he hosted Swedish, Finish, Norwegian and Denish ambassadors to Nigeria, said he was greatly honoured to host the ambassadors, and urged them to take advantage of the 13,000 heaters of land his administration is developing for real estate and housing.
Speaking earlier, the Denmark Ambassador to Nigeria Torben Gettermann, said that his country was very strong in agriculture which is their main focus in Nigeria. Read also: Two notorious kidnap gangs nabbed along Abuja- Kaduna express way
The Sweden ambassador to Nigeria, Mrs Inger Ultvedt, and that of Finish Pirjo Suomela Chawdhury as well as Norwegian Ambassador Jens Petter Kjemprud, in their separate speeches, said their countries were determined to partner with the state government to develop various sectors.
