JUST IN …… Kebbi varsity gets Governing Council
By Salihu A. ModibboGovernor Abubakar Atiku Bagudu has approved the composition of governing council of Kebbi State University of Science and Technology, Aliero.
This is contained in a press statement signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Abubakar Mu’azu Dakingari and made available to ROYAL NEWS on Sunday.
The membership are General Muhammadu Magoro, Galadiman Zuru as Chairman, with the following as members, they are Professor Bashir Ladan Aliero, Professor Aisha Haliru, Barrister Yakubu Mai Kyau, Ambassador Usman Baraya and Dr. Lami Mahdi Adamu.
Others are the University Vice-Chancellor, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Justice, Representatives of National Universities, Commission as well four persons to be appointed by the University senate.
The members will be inaugurated by the Executive Governor, Senator Abubakar Atiku Bagudu on Thursday 2nd March, 2017 at the Council Chamber of Government House Birnin Kebbi by 10:00am prompt.
