Kwara firemen recover body of 32yr-old victim from river

The Kwara State Fire Service was summoned to a rescue operation at about 16:22 hours by DSP Oluseyi (DCO, ‘A’ Division Ilorin) at Asa-Dam adjacent Fusil Filling Station, Ilorin.

The victim (Innocent David, 32 years) was said to have been missing since Sunday 26th July, 2020. The firemen arrived at the scene at about 16:33 hours and “get to work” immediately, the victim was recovered via the influence of the adept officers of the State Fire Service and handed over to DSP Oluseyi S. Adebayo.

However, the course of this incident could not be ascertain, the Nigeria Police Force, A Division Ilorin made it know that the investigation has started on the touching incident and will get to the root of the matter as soon as possible.
