Liverpool’s 4-0 win against Crystal palace puts the reds on the brink of winning the English Premier League for the first time in 30 years. However, for Jurgen Klopp’s side to crowned English Champions next Thursday their fate would have to be decided by Chelsea assuming the blues win or draw against Manchester city the current champions of the league.

Liverpool looked blunt in their last match against their city rivals Everton, ending the match with a goalless draw only awarding the league leaders one point, the reds looked much more dangerous and sharp against Crystal Palace as they beat the team 4-0 with Trent Arnold smashing in a free kick in the twenty-third minute putting the reds ahead with one goal, this was followed by an outstanding goal from Mohamed Salah in the forty-fourth minutes as the Klopp’s side went into the halftime break with 2 goals lead in the first half, after the break the reds continued to dominate the game with the absence of Wilfred Zaha who suffered an injury in the early minutes of the first half, the dominance of Liverpool in the second half led to two more goals scored by Fabinho, a 30 yards stunning strike in the fifty-fifth minute and Sadio Mane sealing their victory in the sixty-eighth minute.

the team now have to depend on Chelsea to win against the current champions or at least get a draw so they can be crowned champions next Thursday as the Frank Lampard’s side journeys to Etihad.
