Okuta Community where horses dance to talking-drums (WATCH VIDEO)
At the peak of activities marking the 2018 Gaani cultural festival of the people of Okuta Emirate Council in the Baruten Local Government Area of Kwara State, Horse-Riders thrilled guests to fun while horse were dancing to talking-drums.
The traditional ruler of the kingdom is Alhaji (Dr) Abubakar Sero Idris, Kperogi-Affon serobetete III.
