PCRC zone 8 halts 40th anniversary celebrations to mourn late Rafiu Ibrahim

The Zone 8 of Police Community Relation Committee (PCRC) has halted the 40th anniversary celebration of the zone to mourn the passing of Sen. Rafiu Ibrahim Adebayo.

ROYAL NEWS reports the PCRC comprises of Kwara and Kogi states respectively.

In a statement made available to the media by National Chairman of PCRC , Alhaji Magaji Ibrahim Olaniyan through National Assistant Auditor, Alhaji Muhammad Uthman Jagunma

Sen. Ibrahim was a shining example of selflessness, compassion, and dedication to humanity, and his contributions to nation-building, conflict resolution, and community development are immeasurable.

According to Alh. Muhammed Uthman Jagunmo, National Assistant Auditor of PCRC, “Sen. Rafiu Ibrahim was a champion of peace, justice, and equality, and his legacy will live on through the countless lives he touched and the positive impact he made on our world.”

As the PCRC marks its 40th anniversary, Zone 8 (Kwara and Kogi) use the occasion to commemorate the memory of Sen. Ibrahim, who was a distinguished Senator representing Kwara South Senatorial District during the 8th Senate, he was also the PCRC patron in Kwara State

The National Chairman, Alh. Magaji, urged well-meaning Nigerians to emulate Sen. Ibrahim’s humanitarian acts and continue his legacy of supporting the downtrodden, marginalized, and security issues.

Speaking further he takes solace in the knowledge that Sen. Ibrahim’s legacy will continue to inspire generations to come, and his soul will rest in perfect peace.

He also prayed for his family and loved ones find comfort in the outpouring of love and support during this difficult time.
