Mr. Abdulazeez Arowona, the Publisher of your darling online publication, ROYAL NEWS has been awarded the Overall Best Journalist of the year 2021.
The award which was organized by Symbol Magazine, recognized Arowona for his “outstanding contributions to the media industry” also honoured other contributors as well at the event on Wednesday.
Arowona, who was ably represented by his wife, Mrs Misitura Lawal-Arowona to receive the prestigious award at the event, could not contain his excitement for being so honoured.
While reacting to the award, Arowona said, “The award is dedicated to the entire team of ROYAL NEWS for the wonderful support and diligence to journalism practice which has made me stand out to emergeas the Overall Best Journalist of the year 2021.
He further noted that no nation can develop without individual support and genuine participation at all levels.
“To me, doing well in my career is my own way of contributing to nation-building process and I’m always ready to give out my best to everyone that come across me. I hereby dedicate this award to the glory of God Almighty and benefitof mankind,” he said.
Arowona is a practicing journalist, a public relations expert and a social commentator.
