Sokoto assembly member slump, dies during plenary

A lawmaker representing Kebbe Constituency in the Sokoto State House of Assembly, Isah Hamisu, is dead.
He died on Monday during plenary. He was said to have arrived the assembly complex in seeming good health but later slump and died.
