Viral video of boy drown in pool, warning to parents

A video of boy drown in a pool has gone viral on social media, as the poster warns parents not to lose sight of their children for too long.

The post reads, “This was how it started 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 Please this one is a great lesson for all parents that whenever you aren’t seeing your Child for five minutes please do look for him or her immediately and reduce social media attention. This was how Davido’s son died as captured on CCTV camera.”

Recall that Ifeayin, a 3-year-old boy of popular singer David Adeleke, Davido and his partner, Chioma was also drown in a pool on October 31. He was confirmed dead after being rushed to hospital.

Similar occurrence had bedevilled singer Oladapo Daniel Oyebanjo, popularly called D’banj few years back, where his son was drown in a pool.

Netizens have recommended that parents who have pools in their home should also make provision for covering or gate around it, putting child’s safety into consideration.
