He made the assertion while receiving royal blessing at the palace ahead of the public declaration of his political intention to represent the good people of Iwo Federal Constituency at the federal House of Representatives, National Assembly, Abuja.

The monarch noted poverty is witch, affirming that Adefowope has generously turned many witches to affluence.

Oba Akanbi commended DIA for relieving the burden of Iwo in his gifted capacity, commended his wife for being a pillar of support to his aspiration.

According to Oluwo “You garnered wealth outside and spend it in Iwo. You have converted many from witch to affluent because witchery is poverty. Your empowerment programmes have rescued many of my subjects from street of uselessness.

” You have a special case because of the acknowledgement I received from people. Whatever you do is a service to my stool because you relief my burden in serving my subjects. It is rare to launch millions naira empowerment when you are not in government. Your compassion is a challenge to the politicians. Why you claimed you are emulating me, I will recommend that politicians should take a queue from you as well”

“I also commend your better half for gearing your generosity. Only a few allow husbands to spend so generously. I’ve a bitter experience while vying for this stool. You will achieve yours without much ado”

Oluomo Adefowope sought the support of the APC stakeholders and party members to clinch the ticket, promising an all inclusive representation through quality and qualitative legislation in education, infrastructural facilities, empowerments, job employments etc to improve standard of living.

Chief Adefowope vowed to complement the scores of Oluwo in raising the hope of the good people of Iwo Federal Constituency.

“I grew up here in Iwo for my elementary educations. I was a mechanic apprentice before I left to further my education. I’m a core home bake and now a business man. Despite my sojourn overseas, I visit home regularly and contribute my quarters to her greatness” Adefowope
