Why Reps adjourned plenary till March 12

The House of Representatives returned from recess on Tuesday but adjourned plenary as members failed to form a quorum.
The Speaker, Mr Yakubu Dogara, entered the chamber, said the opening prayers, and noted that members who turned up were to low for the proceeding to continue.
Dogara, therefore, adjourned plenary till March 12, after the governorship and state House of Assembly elections holding on March 9.
