Wike, Makinde visit Tinubu in Defence House

Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike and his Oyo state counterpart Seyi Makinde on Friday visited the President-elect Bola Tinubu at the Defence House in Abuja.

Speaking to Journalists after the meeting, both Governors said their visit to the President-elect is to congratulate him ahead of the May 29 inauguration and to assure him of their support.

They expressed confidence in the ability of the President-elect to deliver on his election promises to Nigerians.

Tinubu is expected to visit Rivers State next week to commission some projects.
