JUST IN…Ex-Kwara NUJ chair, Tunde Akanbi loses 90yr-old mother

Hajia Falilat Abeje Akanbi, mother of a former Chairman of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, ë(NUJ) Kwara State Council, Alhaji Mohammed Tunde Akanbi, is dead.

She died at the age of 90, ROYAL NEWS has gathered, according to a statement issued by the family and signed by Idayat Hassan.

The statement confirmed thag Hajia Falilat died on Tuesday evening (tonight) and would be buried tomorrow morning in accordance to Muslim rites.
