Kwara Poly helmsman emerges as ‘Best Rector’ of the year 2021

The Rector, Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin, Engr. Dr. Abdul Jimoh Mohammed, has emerged as the best rector of the year 2021.

ROYAL NEWS reports that the award was organised by Stardom Global TV.

Conferring the award at Sheraton hotel, Abuja, the organisers said the award was through electronic public poll.

They said:  “All Nigerian Polytechnic Rectors were put on poll for public views and the Rector of Kwara State Polytechnic polled the highest number of votes.

“We did not select nor nominated him, rather, it was the general public that voted for him based on his tracks of achievements. The Rector has performed wonderfully well within the two years of assumption into the office and this caused his popularity among Nigerians. ”

Receiving the award, the Rector, Engr. Dr. Abdul Jimoh Mohammed dedicated the award to the Executive Governor of Kwara State, Mallam AbdulRazaq AbdulRahman for creating enabling environment for him to achieve the feats.

He also expressed profound appreciation to members of the management team for their support always.
