Poverty reduction, job creation top YPP guber candidate’s campaign agenda

Poverty reduction and creation of job opportunities through agriculture are top priorities of the Governorship candidate of the Young People’s Party, (YPP) in Kwara State, Alhaji Yakubu Waziri Gobir.

At the campaign flag-off ceremony held yesterday, the YPP guber candidate also urged the electorates to take advantage of the alternative opportunity availed them by his party to vote rightly in the 2023 general election.

Gobir noted that, “Mistake made in the past can be corrected now. This is the opportunity. This time around, it’s not about the party, but the personality that is credible enough and trusted.

“People should look at attributes of each of the candidates to make the right choice.”

The YPP flag bearer said that his development agenda would target youth population, which he described as half of the total population in the state.
