The Emir of Ilorin and Chairman Kwara State Council of Chiefs, Mai-Martaba Alhaji (Dr) Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari CFR, has thanked the people for their unwavering supports to the government of the state.
He appreciated them for their massive turnout throughout the commencement of the 2023 Eid-El-Kabir festival stressing that no government can suceed without the support of the masses.
Aphaji Sulu-Gambari stated this during his remarks at the Eid-El-Kabir sallah homage paid on Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq at the Kwara State Government House, Ilorin on Friday.
The Emir commended the Governor for his election victory for a second term in office stressing that as we are celebrating that, we got the news that our Governor has been awarded with the national honour of Commander of Order of Niger, (CON).
“As we are celebrating that, we got another news that our Governor has emerged as the Chriman of Nigeria Governors Forum, (NGF). All these honours have further shown that it is God that gave you.
“Most importantly, it has also shown that you are the most manageable Governor in Nigeria.”
He therefore appealed to Kwarans to continue to remain peaceful and obedient to constitutional authority in order to sustain the peaceful coexistence in the state.
