The Emir of Ilorin and Chairman Kwara State Traditional Council, Mai-Martaba Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, has approved the appointment of a new Balogun Ajikobi. He is Alhaji Isiaka Yusuf.
He was until appointment the District Head of Ipaye. As contained in his letter of appointment, the new High Chief’s appointment takes effect from 20th May 2019.
Similarly, the Emir has also approved the appointment of Mallam Abdulwahab Ajikobi as the new District Head of Ipaye and Mallam Hanafi Balogun as the new District Head of Afon.
Also appointed is Mallam Mahmud Olateju as the new Magaji Abudu of Ilorin, ROYAL NEWS has gathered.
