Emir of Ilorin mourns late ex-education Commissioner, Dasuki Belgore

The Emir of Ilorin and Chairman Kwara State Council of Chiefs, Mai-Martaba Alhaji (Dr.) Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari CFR, has mourned over the demise of an elderstatesman and former Commissioner for Education in the state, Alhaji Ibrahim Dasuki Belgore, who died on Tuesday.

Alhaji Sulu-Gambari, in a condolence message issued by his spokesman, Mallam Abdulazeez Arowona, described the incidence as touching and regrettable.

“It is with total submission to the will of Almighty Allah that I mourn and commiserate over the death of Alhaji Ibrahim Dasuki Belgore”, he said

The Emir further noted that late Dasuki Belgore was an embodiment of peace and unity with excellent performances in all the various positions that he held with full commitments and dedication to the growth and development of Kwara State.

“The deceased was a great asset to Kwara State, he was peaceful, resourceful and helpful to the less privileged throughout his active periods in office as an amiable technocrat.

Alhaji Sulu-Gambari however commiserated with the widow, immediate and extended family members of the deceased and prayed that Almighty Allah forgive his shortcomings, accept his good deeds and admit him into al-janatul firdaos.
