Emir Sulu-Gambari commiserates with Wali of Ilorin over wife’s death

The Emir of Ilorin and Chairman Kwara State Council of Chiefs, Mai-Martaba Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, has commiserated with the Wali of Ilorin, Alhaji Shehu Usman Mustapha, over the loss of his eldest wife, Alhaja Sabitiyu who died on Saturday.

The monarch stated this in a condolence message issued by his spokesperson, Mallam Abdulazeez Arowona, on Saturday.

He urged the deceased’s husband and the entire Mustapha’s family to find solace in the fact that late Alhaja Sabitiyu lived an exemplary life as a committed wife, caring mother and devout Muslim during her lifetime.

Alhaji Sulu-Gambari therefore prayed that Allah should accept her good deeds, forgive her shortcomings and grant her al-janatul firdaos.
