The Emir, in a statement issued by his Spokesperson, Mallam Abdulazeez Arowona, described Mallam Mustapha as a cheerful giver whose contributions to human capital development in the Ilorin emirate and beyond are outstanding.
He also expressed his unflinching supports to the Durbar Committee towards hitch-free and excellent performance in the forthcoming event stressing that the heritage of the ancient city of Ilorin shall continue to be sustained through periodic review of cultural activities and events that have direct impacts and relevance to the people of Ilorin.
Alhaji Sulu-Gambari however thanked other donors for the sacrifices and commitments to the development of the community.
