Ex-President Muhammadu Buhari to attend Gambari’s book launch in Ilorin tomorrow

President Bola Tinubu will, on Thursday the 21st of November 2024, attend a public presentation of a book titled: Readings in Diplomacy, Democracy, Peace and Development in hounour of Professor Ibrahim Agboola Gambari.

Also expected at the event is the former Nigeria’s President, Muhammadu Buhari, who sources confirmed will arrive Ilorin tomorrow to attend the event.

It will be recalled that Professor Gambari served Buhari as Minister for Foreign Affairs during his Military Regime and served as the Chief of Staff during his immediate past administration.

ROYAL NEWS reports that the book presentation by the Commonwealth Scholars and Fellows Alumni Association Nigeria in collaboration with the Kwara State Government and other Partners will also have in attendance, H.E Mallam Abdulrahaman Abdulrazaq, CON, Executive Govemor of Kwara State & Chairman Nigeria Covernors Forum as the chairman and chief launcher.

Other prominent figures that would be gracing the event include former President Muhammadu Buhari, Alh. Aliko Dangote, GCON President & CEO Dangote Group among many others.
