FIFPRO Unveils 26-Man List for 2025 World XI

Football fans around the globe now have the complete list of players shortlisted for the 2025 FIFPRO Men’s World XI, as the global footballers’ union officially unveiled the 26-man list on Monday.

According to a statement released on FIFPRO’s official X handle, the annual World XI award celebrates the finest footballers across the world, voted for exclusively by their fellow professionals.

With votes drawn from players across all continents, the FIFPRO World XI remains one of football’s most prestigious individual honours, symbolising peer recognition at the highest level.

FIFPRO noted that over 26,000 professional footballers from 68 countries participated in the voting process. The final World XI will consist of the 11 players with the highest votes in their respective positions.

Winners will be officially announced on Monday, November 3, 2025.
