“I admire President Tinubu’s proactive measures with governance” – Tejere
An Industrialist and social commentator, TEJERE JOLOMI THOMAS has thrown his bags of accolades over the proactive measure taken by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the past one week. He believes that his administration will exude critical change in the business space, owing to the flexible policies and bills passed.
‘I am very excited at the level of proactive measures displayed by President Tinubu and his administration. Though his cabinet has not been fully formed; they have hit the ground running and are showing that they will surely renew the hopes of Nigerians. Nigeria needs total overhauling in every area. We should all rally support President Tinubu so he can perform practically. He has shown that he has everything it takes to drive this country to the promised land. He did it in Lagos, and I am confident he will replicate the same excellence in transforming Nigeria.” He said.
Mr. Tejere Jolomi Thomas also emphasizes the outright values former Militant Leader, Government Ekpemupolo, has brought to the Nigerian economy over the last couple of months, with the contract given to his company to surveil pipelines nationwide.
While some felt it is unnecessary as they argue that such contracts adds no value to the esteem of an administration that had promised not to reward ‘ex-militants’ with medals; others emphasized on the extensive tendencies Nigeria would have to protect her safe economic haven.
Speaking at the 49th session of the state house briefing at the Presidential Villa, Abuja in October 2022, Mele Kyari, the chief executive officer of Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited, said the decision was necessitated by the need for Nigeria to hire private contractors to man its oil pipeline network nationwide due to massive oil theft.
“To keep the country’s most reliable economic source safe and intact, the Nigerian government employed the services of Tompolo through his company, Tantita Security Limited. Without mincing words, he seems to have all his duck in a roll. Discovering over a hundred illegal pipelines across the Niger Delta regions is an economic achievement for the Nigerian government. One would easily say Mr. Tompolo is ticking all the boxes on the checklist when it comes to deliverables.” Mr. Tejere further probe.
“Tompolo is a phenomenal leader. He has spent most of his time thinking about his people. He is so concerned about their well-being. I admire some of the things he has done for the people of Niger Delta for many years. He understands his onion and has helped the Nigerian government in finding proper sanity in all the oil region. This administration has enjoyed the dividends of bringing him on board. He is one guy who likes a highly motivated and educated populace to spur high-tech boom and bring rapid economic development to the country. He is one guy every administration would need in protecting our economic splendour”, Mr. Tejere asserted.
For many alike, continuity is a preferable option for Tactita Security Limited to facilitate smooth sail across the Niger Delta, while President Bola Ahmed Tinubu continues his desire to secure the country’s economy.
