Join APC to make Kano one party state, Ganduje begs Gov. Kabir Yusuf
Immediate past Governor of Kano State and current national chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Abdullahi Umar Ganduje has appealed to Governor Kabir Abba Yusuf of Kano to join the party.
ROYAL NEWS recalled that Governor Yusuf was elected on the platform of New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) during the last general elections and was recently reaffirm by the Supreme Court as the authentic winner of the poll.
However, the APC helmsman called on the governor to join APC after a stakeholders meeting held in Kano state on Thursday.
Addressing stakeholders meeting in Kano on Thursday, Ganduje, said Yusuf’s joining of the APC will make Kano a one-party state.
He said the opposition party had resolved to woo all other smaller parties into the umbrella of APC.
He therefore assured that the APC would provide an enabling environment for Abba Kabir Yusuf and his supporters to enjoy peace and harmony in the party.
