JUST IN ..M.K.O Abiola’s son appointed by Tinubu as SSA on Linguistics and Foreign Affairs

Late M.K.O Abiola

Son of the late M.K.O Abiola, the acclaimed winner of the 1993 Presidential election, Jamiu Abiola, has been appointed as the Senior Special Assistant on Linguistics and Foreign Affairs to President Bola Tinubu.

ROYAL NEWS gathered that the appointment takes effect from November 14, 2024.

Abiola is the son of the late Chief Moshood Abiola, former winner of the 1993 annulled presidential election.

He brings experience from his previous role as Special Assistant on Special Duties to the Vice President.

His new role will involve collaborating closely with the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The appointment aligns with the Certain Political and Judicial Office Holders Act of 2008.
