Dr. Yusuf noted that the contributions of the first class monarch to nation-building remains unquantifiable stressing that, “Sulu-Gambari is a proud father, traditional ruler and foremost philanthropist with global recognitions.”
The KAM Holding boss in his congratulatory message to the Emir said: “Kings are born and not made by anyone. Yours is unique and cannot be compared with anyone due to the intimidating records of your royalty links and career as a retired jurist.
“You are the great grandson of the late 7th Emir of Ilorin, Shehu Shuaib Bawa, (1915-1919), you are the grandson of the late 8th Emir of Ilorin, Shehu AbdulKadir Dan Bawa (1919-1959), you are the son of the late 9th Emir of Ilorin,  Shehu Zulkanaini Muhammadu Gambari (1959-1992), you are the cousin of the late 10th Emir of Ilorin, Shehu Aliyu AbdulKadir (1992-1995).”
He added that, “Your reign as the traditional ruler of the ancient Ilorin Emirate has brought about peace and tranquility in the land. We are proud of you as a unique symbol of excellence, epitome of unity and prosperity.
“My baba as I fondly call you, on this occasion of your 80th birthday celebrations, may almighty Allah elongate your reign on the throne and bestow more success, sound health and wisdom on you for the betterment of our dear nation.”
