Kwara Govt approves scholarship for Law students

The Kwara Government has approved scholarship for students from the state offering various Law courses across the country.

This is contained in a statement issued by the Press Secretary, Ministry of Tertiary Education, Mrs Mansurat Amuda-kannike, on Wednesday in Ilorin.

She said the Commissioner, Mr Afees Abolore, confirmed this while congratulating Nigerian Law School Graduands on their Call-to-Bar at the instance of Gov. AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq.

”Abolore reiterated the AbdulRazaq-led Administration’s high level commitment at ensuring students welfare are treated with priority attention.

”This is coming while disbursement of the bursary to Kwara state students is also ongoing.

”He congratulated the Graduands on their achievements and charged them to be good ambassadors of the state at various levels.

”He assured that the Ministry in collaboration with the State Scholarship Board would take swift action to ensure that disbursement is offered to the beneficiaries anytime soon,” the statement read in part.
