The Kwara State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board will hold its first enlightenment lecture in the series of lectures usually organized for intending pilgrims in the State, aimed at equipping them with the requisite information needed for a successful Hajj.
The Executive Secretary of the Board, Alh. Abdulsalaam Abdulkadir who stated this today in his office while interacting with press men, advised all intending pilgrims to attend the important programme, adding that salient issues related to the Hajj rites would be discussed.
Similarly, he enjoined intending pilgrims from all the 16 Local Government Areas of Kwara State, as well as non-Kwarans who intend to travel with the Board to also attend.
Alh. Abdulkadir explained that the enlightenment lecture would hold at the Kwara State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board Premises on Sunday 20th April, 2025.
The Executive Secretary, added that a special prayer for the safety of the pilgrims would be led by the Chief Imam of Ilorin, Sheik Dr. Imam Mohammed Bashir OON, and other clerics across the State by 10:am prompt.
