The lawmaker representing Edu/Moro/ Patigi Federal Constituency at the National Assembly, Dr. Ahmad Adamu Saba, has reiterated his commitments towards supporting his constituents through sustainable developmental strategies among others.
He also expressed readiness towards taking bold steps in fostering progress and innovation that will further impact positively on the lives of the people of the area, ROYAL NEWS reports.
The lawmaker stated this on Thursday when he visited the Managing Director of Hyway Naija Development Limited,   in his office in Abuja.
The visit was followed by the signing of Memorandum of Understanding between the Hon. Saba and Hyway Naija Development Limited.
Dr. Saba who is also the Ajiyan Shonga Emirate said: “the meeting marks the beginning of a strategic partnership aimed at driving sustainable development and improving the lives of the people of my constituency especially the rehabilitation of Share/Patigi Road Network under private partnership initiative.
“This pivotal engagement is a testament of our proactive approach to leadership and dedication to exploring new avenues for growth and development. By collaborating with Hyway Naija Development Limited, a company renowned for its expertise in infrastructure development and innovative solutions, we are poised to leveraging on the organization’s resources and expertise to implement projects that will have a lasting impact on the constituency.”
He further stressed that, “Our meeting centered on three key areas: sustainable infrastructure, youth empowerment, and innovative development initiatives. These areas are critical to the growth and development of the constituency and our partnership is expected to yield significant benefits.
“In the area of sustainable infrastructure, the partnership is expected to focus on the development of critical infrastructure that will facilitate economic activity and improve the overall quality of life for residents. This may include the construction of roads, bridges, and other essential infrastructure that will open up the constituency to new economic opportunities and enhance the lives of its people.
“Youth empowerment is another key area of focus for the partnership that reflects our recognition of the critical role that young people play in shaping the future of the constituency.
“By providing young people with access to education, training, and economic opportunities, the partnership aims to empower them to become active participants in the economy and contribute to the growth and development of the constituency.”
Dr. Saba however thanked the people of hos constituency for their unwavering support for his quality representation at the Federal House of Representatives and promised not to relent in his efforts of ensuring that the dividends of democracy get to their doorsteps.
