Nottingham Forest have emerged as a potential destination for Nigeria international Fisayo Dele-Bashiru, NEWSMEN reports.
The Premier League club, nicknamed the Tricky Trees, have reportedly opened talks with Dele-Bashiru’s Serie A side, Lazio, according to Italian outlet TuttoMercatoWeb.
Lazio are said to be open to selling the 24-year-old midfielder but are demanding a transfer fee of around €15 million plus bonuses. The Italian club are reportedly seeking funds to strengthen their squad.
Dele-Bashiru began his career in England with Sky Bet Championship club Sheffield Wednesday before moving to Turkish Super Lig side Hatayspor. He joined Lazio in 2024.
