All-storms Consulting, Management and Security Services (AMCOSS) engages the management staff of Prototype Engineering Development Institute (PEDI) in a retreat held a VIVA SUIT GRA, Ilorin, Kwara State capital.
The retreat which holds between June 20 to 22, is a leadership and management development workshop tagged: “Leadership and Management in the 21st Century.”
While addressing the attendees, the CEO of AMCOSS, Dr. Rahman Oladimeji Mustapha, expressed confidence that the training would be a valuable investment to their future, and extended gratitude to each of them for prioritizing professional development and growth of their organisation.
Dr. Mustapha noted that the workshop theme was “particularly relevant given the rapidly evolving landscape of the engineering and technology sectors.
He further noted that “as leaders, it is crucial that we stay ahead of the curve, embracing innovative strategies and best practices to drive success and growth.
“Over the next three days, w will delve into topics such as strategic planning, effective communication, team building and health and well-being management among others” he said.
