SAD….. LG Chairman-Elect dies of hypertension 3days after victory

Alhaji Ali Namadi, the newly elected Chairman of Bebeji local government council, Kano State, is dead.

His Campaign Director, Ibrahim Adamu Tiga confirmed the development on Tuesday morning.

A report by Solace Base disvlosed that the deceased was elected under the platform of APC in the just concluded council elections in Kano on Saturday, January,16th.

According to him, Alhaji Ali Namadi was hale and hearty on Monday and received guests till late 10.30 pm, he was hypertensive.

However, Ibrahim Adamu Tiga said at about 12.30 am, Tuesday morning, the blood pressure of the newly elected Chairman rose and he was rushed to Bebeji General hospital where he died less than ten minutes after arrival.

He noted that the deceased funeral prayers would be observed by 10.00 am today in Bebeji town
