Real Madrid’s midfield problems have deepened following Eduardo Camavinga’s ankle sprain.
The club is already missing Jude Bellingham, who underwent shoulder surgery over the summer and will be sidelined until October.
Despite these setbacks, Los Blancos have yet to strengthen their midfield during the current transfer window.
Under coach Xabi Alonso, Real Madrid will begin their 2025/2026 LaLiga season at home against Osasuna on August 19.
Camavinga has struggled with injuries, suffering his fifth setback in the past year and making only 19 league appearances last season.
The midfield situation has been further strained by Luka Modric’s departure to AC Milan on a free transfer.
