Demola Doherty, ex-LG chair dies in London hospital

Late Demola Doherty

Mr. Demola Doherty, a former chairman of Ifako-Ijaiye Local Government Area of Lagos State,
is dead.

Doherty was the Chairman of Ifako-Ijaiye LG between 2008 and 2011.

Reports by thegazellenews.com said Doherty died early Friday, 24 May, 2024 after a protracted illness.

The ex-Chairman died in London while on another medical mission.
