Nigerian R&B singer, Praiz, has revealed that he is perfectly fine with women making the first move in relationships.
Speaking in a recent episode of Hot Takes, the music star stressed that he sees nothing wrong with a woman approaching a man, either directly or indirectly. According to him, women sometimes express interest through subtle signals, such as liking pictures on social media or finding ways to get the man’s attention.
Praiz, however, pointed out that many people — men and women alike — struggle with rejection. He described rejection as something that could sometimes be a form of divine protection.
“Not everybody can handle rejection. I’m not even talking about women; some men don’t know how to handle rejection. Maybe it was just God saying, ‘Let me just even save this guy’… I have no issue with a lady moving to me,” he said.
He urged both genders to learn how to accept rejection with maturity and not take it personally.
