ROYAL NEWS has gathered that the Gombe State Government on Tuesday confirmed that five index cases have tested positive to the COVID-19 infection in the state.
The confirmation of the positive cases was made by the State Governor, Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya during a press briefing and emergency meeting with traditional rulers over covid-19 outbreak in the state.
Out of the 5 registered COVID-19 index cases in Gombe state, one of them is an indigene of Borno state as earlier announced by NCDC.
