Fidau prayers for late Hajia Aminat Iyakobi AbdulKadir-Mohammed, will come up tomorrow, Wednesday 17th February 2021, ROYAL NEWS has gathered.

This is contained in a statement personally signed by the Emir of Ilorin and Chairman Kwara State Council of Chiefs, Mai-Martaba Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari. He disclosed that the prayer will be held at the Emir’s Palace, Ilorin beginging from 10am.

“The prayer session will be led by the Chief Imam of Ilorin, Dr. Mohammad Bashir Soliu OON and other Islamic clerics in the Emirate. Similarly, a special lecture to be delivered by the Mudir-l- Markaz, Shiekh Habibullahi Adam Abullahi Al-Ilory is scheduled to hold by 4pm”, he added.

The Emir however prayed that almighty Allah should continue to be pleased with the departed soul and give the entire Muslim Ummah the fortitude to bear the great loss.

ROYAL NEWS reports that late Hajia Aminat, a daughter to Shehu AbdulKadir Dan Shuaibu Bawa, the late 8th Emir of Ilorin, aunt of the current Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, Emir of Kano, Alhaji Aminu Bayero and Emir of Bichi, Alhaji Nasiru Ado Bayero respectively died on Saturday night at the ripe age of 96.
