Africa’s first professor of Geology, Mosobalaje Oyawoye dies at 95

ROYAL NEWS reports that Oyawoye died on Monday evening at the aged of 95.

Late Oyawoye who is also the Baba Adini of Kwara State his due to celebrate is 96th birthday come 12th August 2023.

The Offa-born academician was known for his philantropical gestures to the less privileged in the society as well as endowment funds to several higher institutions through his foundation.
