After 8yrs as Nigeria’s President, I Now Feed From House Rent— Buhari

Muhammadu Buhari
Barely two years after his two-term tenure as Nigeria’s President, Muhammadu Buhari has revealed that he sustains himself financially through rental income from one of his two properties in Kaduna State.

Buhari, the immediate past president of Nigeria (2015-2023) claimed that he owns only three houses.

“One in my hometown of Daura, Katsina State, and two in Kaduna State” Buhari said.

He further explained that one of the Kaduna properties has been rented out, and his income is used to cover his daily living expenses.

He stated this while highlighting the importance of transparency and accountability in public office during an All Progressives Congress caucus meeting held at the Presidential Banquet Hall in Katsina State’s Government House.

Buhari shared insights into his finances and reflections on governance.
