Adamu Atiku Abubakar, one of the son to the Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP) in the 2019 election, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar has made the Commissioner list in Adamawa state.
ROYAL NEWS gathered that, Adamu Abubakar is one of the 23 Commissioners nominee forwarded to the State House of Assembly by Governor Ahmadu Fintiri on Wednesday.
Adamu Atiku was nominated from Jada, along with kinsman Aloysius Babadoke, while the PDP Secretary in the state, Abdullahi Prambe, was nominated from Song LGA.
The list of nominees was contained in a letter sent to the House of Assembly by the Governor and read on the floor by Speaker Aminu Iya during Wednesday plenary session.
The others nominated by the governor include Mustapha Musa Jika from Yola South, Ibrahim Yayaji Mijinyawa (Yola North), Umar Iya Daware (Fufore), Shaibu Audu from Mayo Belwa, Sanusi Faruq from Toungo, Elijah Tumba and Ishaya John Dabari from Michika, while Muhammad Umar was nominated from Madagali Local Government area.
